What we receive

When ChatGPT uses Group Pot: Shared Expenses, it sends our server the inputs for the specific tool it calls (for example the values you asked about). We do not receive your ChatGPT account details, your conversation history, or your name or email address.

What we store

Stores each pot's name, currency, the display names of its members, the expenses and repayments entered (description, amount, date, who paid, how it was split, receipt items if given), who added each entry, and a short activity log. To remember which member you are and list your pots, it stores a one-way hash of the anonymous id ChatGPT or your browser provides, never the id itself. Pots are deleted 180 days after their last activity. Anyone with a pot's code or link can view and edit it.

Third parties

The plugin does not send your data to any third-party service. All results are computed on our server.

We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Children

The plugin is not directed to children under 13.
